Whatsapp dual messenger don't open files

Whatsapp dual messenger don't open files like pdf also photos not downloaded to gallery and all people i know have same problem and no respond from samsung !

I have to forward files & images to main whatsapp messenger to open

All samsung users have same problem as shown in below link

وانا والله نفس عندي مشكلتك تماما وبعمل إعادة لتوجيه الرسايل برضو زي ما حضرتك بتعمل بالظبط ومش عارف ايه هو الحل

مفيش حل غير ان سامسونج لازم تعمل تحديث تصلح في المشكلة دي شوف الموقع دة المشكلة دي عند كل الناس

this is main problem with all there should be upgrade from samsung soon to solve this

Same, and when I tried to uninstall and install, the problem duplicated, Now I can't even send any media 😓

Only way is to send from the dual to the main whatsapp and open from there ☹
