Dears i am unable to download any media on my whatsapp dual app  i am using galaxy s21ultra,  how can i reasolve this issue ? Is samsung making any change to solve this issue ? What option i have other than whatsapp bussiness ?

Galaxy s21 ultra's performance is getting worse....even the samsung service center is not helpful.....

Unfortunately you don't other opinions, it's a common issue for several months, and Samsung hasn't solved it yet although it promised to solve it in its statement. The only solution for now is to download Whatsapp business app.
