Watch 6 classic water damage

So i had my samsung watch 6 classic get water damaged I was in the pool when it started to turn off water lock and after turning it back on multiple times, it started to glitch the screen until i left it outside the pool. I had swam with it before its just that it did this a week ago, now after more than 1 week in rice i tried to power it back on, it booted like 3 times, multiple times, the farthest i got was when i reach the home screen, after 5 seconds it powered off, its charging now but i still cant get it to power on again, i left for a while to charge but it still said 0%, what do i do?
