In my SAMSUNG S4 ULTRA when viewing HDR content, I've observed that the default video player automatically reduces the HDR brightness after adaptive brightness is disabled, despite my initial setting of maximum brightness. This issue was not present when I first acquired the device but has emerged following recent updates. Does anyone have this issue?
