Usb type C earphones

I have wired type c earphones and when i try to connect to my s21U it says the connected usb device is not supported. Why is that? The earphones work i tried them with different phones.

if so then they might be unsupported,
try to to download their apps if they have specified app like hauwawi earphone

It is the huawei Cm33 type c earphone. Really now we need to buy also samsung earphones only to work with samsung device

Try this method and see if it works or not. Enable developer options. Then scroll down to "Default USB configuration" try change between the different modes and see if it fixes it.
