Trade in On S25 Ultra.

Hello, did any one who reordered the s25 ultra on the Samsung shop and selected the trade in, have got the trade in done or still waiting?

My ohone got delivered 14 days ago and still the trade in partner did not contacted me nor does Samsung responds.

Hello my friend don't worry they will contact with you they had contacted with me after i received my new phone 14 days later

But i thought they forgot me i already sold my old phone and told to them to canceled the trade in if you don't on hurry you should wait sometime

It's already the 15th day today. I will wait till Sunday then reach out to Samsung if nothing happens. Thank you for your response
