After the latest One UI 8 update, my Samsung S22 Ultra experienced a screen problem. Upon searching, I found several other users reporting the same issue. When I contacted Samsung Care to file a complaint, I was informed that the device is out of warranty and the company does not cover defects, even those caused by the update.

The question, very clearly, is that after the latest update on the S22 Ultra, this defect appeared, and I am not the only affected case. When I filed a complaint with Samsung Care, they told me that the company is not responsible for any damage caused by the software if the device is out of warranty. So I ask you: am I the one who created your new update? Am I the one who should bear the consequences of the errors you introduce in your updates? I have attached photos of other affected users as well. My trust in your irresponsible company has been shaken.
