Based on your inquiry regarding
Concerning the microphone issue, please try the following steps:
It is recommended to perform a sound test by entering the following code in your contacts: *#0283#
Then select SPK and say any word to check if there is sound.
Then select RCV and say any word while holding the phone to your ear to check if there is sound.
Then connect a hands-free headset to the device.
Then select EAR or E/P and say any word to check if there is sound.
If there is sound and no problem occurs during the test, please perform a factory reset on the device.
If the problem persists, please perform a factory reset on the device. Settings - General Management - Restore - Factory data reset - Reset device - Erase all

If the problem persists, please visit your nearest service center for device diagnosis and repair.

Please activate Maintenance Mode before taking your device to the service center.

Second, go to Settings > Device Care > Maintenance Mode > Activate

جالاكسى SI made the diagnosis test and all works fine
The speaker is working very good on media, but when i make any call from any app and open the speaker it doesn't work.
I believe it's software issue form your side on the last security update.
Appreciate your help if it's not software update but without factory reset as i don't believe it will fix anything!
