On applications or google chrome when i return back , page always goes on top not on my previous position 
So how can i stop that ?

When i open any application like shein for example then i pick a piece when i press back page jumps up not to the position i were in

Based on your inquiry regarding the update

kindly follow the below steps 
- We make sure that the application was last downloaded or deleted
- We close all open applications on the screen
- If the device is standing, we can press volume down and power
To restart the device again
-If all the steps do not solve the problem, we can do a factory reset of the device
Usually a problem occurs with the device and it stops for a few moments. It is possible that this problem is temporary and it is possible to solve the problem by pressing the volume down and power buttons for 7 seconds. The device will be restarted again and the problem will be solved. Force restart (Power key) +Volume down for 7 sec)
If the device is not turned on, it must activate the safe mode feature, which is a feature that is activated when the device is not turned on, which is by pressing and holding the volume down button while the device is turned on.
Safe mode (Hold volume down during power on)
It is possible that the problem is with the screen or there is a delay in the screen’s response, so you must test the touch using the code *#0*#.
If you are still facing the same issue we recommend that you perform a factory data reset to resolve this issue using the steps below:-
Launch the Settings app and tap General management → Reset → Factory data reset →
RESET → DELETE ALL.
Ensure all user data is backed up using smart switch 
from the link below and then use the backup tool to create a data backup
