My phone S24 ultra has broken screen.

It's showing that my samsung care plus is active how to claim warranty

The last time i went to Samsung Centre, they told me that the dropped phone doesn't have any warranty is that true
Even i have active samsumg care plus

You're going to pay less fee if you have Samsung Care+ 

If you drop your accidentally, it will be coveredby SamsungCare+ . Only Deliberate damage + lack of carr and these reasons will affact your Samsung care+ service
