1- Ensure that the device has not been dropped or exposed to any liquid.
2- Restart the device and then try Bluetooth again.
3- Test the device on another device, at a maximum distance of 10 meters.
4- Ensure Bluetooth is enabled and that the device visibility feature is enabled.
5- Test Bluetooth by dialing *#7353#.
If the issue persists, please perform a factory reset on the device.
Settings - General Management - Restore - Factory Data Reset - Reset Device - Erase All
