Samsung pay issue

I bought s21 plus from Extra Riyadh last year and since then i do not see any application of Samsung Pay. Country has been set as Saudi Arabia in Google play profile

You can only use MADA app on Android phones in KSA ( at least for now) for the purpose of payment via NFC
