Samsung has created so much trouble with the updates that I’ll never let anyone I know buy a Samsung again. I’m just shocked that we users with a 1-year-old phone are treated with zero respect. Such disrespect is hard to accept—it hurts my ego. I’m using the S23 Ultra. Which one are you using? Let me know in the comments. Samsung has now become the number one worst company, as if they only care about people using the S25 Ultra. I no longer trust a single word Samsung says.
