I want inform to whom care about Samsung customer service (they are not having any idea about phon they are useless people always alwayyyyys said just 2 minute and after I wait they told me go to nearest service center or proceed factory reset, I sware they don't know any thing of any thing, offff I hate Samsung from them, sorry to say that. خدمة العملاء من أسوأ مايكون ميعرفوش حاجة عن أي حاجة دايما يقولولك لو سمحت دقيقتين ويرجعوا يردو بكلام يدل علي عدم درايتهم بأجهزة المحول، واللة انا قرفت من سامسونج بسببهم.
