I dont know who needs to read this. But i've been facing very noticeable lag when scrolling on my s24 ultra, in all apps such as settings and reddit. And i finally found the solution and im sharing it here so people who have the same issue can fix it.
The issue doesnt go away unless i restart my phone. And it only goes temporarily. No other way to remove it.
I tried uninstalling 3rd party apps, tweaking some settings, installing performane boosters and freeing some space, and eventually nothing worked.
THE FIX: The only thing that fixed the issue for me is RESETTING THE PHONE TO DEFAULT SETTINGS. It doesnt delete any files, just the settings and other simple stuff. And after i tried it, the issue was gone! It hasn't came back since!
