Does anyone know why on earth is One UI 4.1 not available in Egypt yet, is it a carrier issue, i have S21 5G, and it's absurd I'm still seeing the only available update is November 2021 one UI 4.0, i know that updates are not incremental and i don't need to have oneui4 to get  one ui 4.1 update.

When did you get it, what's your phone model, you don't need to have one ui 4.0 previously installed to upgrade to 4.1 as far as i know
