I’m having a serious issue with Samsung Notes on my new Galaxy S26 Ultra.
When sync is enabled for Samsung Notes, the app becomes unstable and closes by itself after about 5–10 seconds.
If I turn sync off, the app works perfectly and is completely stable.
On my other devices (Tab S9, Galaxy A07, and Samsung Notes on my Windows laptop), sync works fine and I can see all my notes (over 200 notes).
On the S26 Ultra, only about 60+ notes appear (up to around September 2021) and then the app crashes if I keep sync enabled.
What I have already tried:
Updating Samsung Notes from Galaxy Store.
Force stop, clear cache, clear data.
Uninstall/reinstall.
Restarting the phone.
Turning sync off and on again from Samsung account / Samsung Cloud.
None of this helped.
It looks like a software bug related to Samsung Notes sync on the Galaxy S26 Ultra specifically, because the same Samsung account works perfectly on my other devices.
Has anyone experienced the same issue, or is there any known fix or upcoming update for this?
