I use Galaxy S9 Plus for the last 14 months, then the battery problem started, I changed the battery, still the same problem, tell me a solution ..

My mobile is consuming lots of battery. Where is this problem from ?? Software or hardware?

software. it's probably an app, go to Settings → Device Care → Battery → Battery Usage → click on the three dots at the top right → then check if there's an app that's consuming a lot of battery. if there isn't an app, i recommend backing up your photos and videos and contacts and then do a factory reset.
