My Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 

are not working properly maybe because of this, maybe there is a problem with the software? Because if you look, there are firmwares of 3 regions in it.

These are service providers to your software version. There is nothing to do with WiFi issues 

As I informed you before, your issue is related to the IC chip. Both WiFi and Bluetooth are working by this chip. If both networks don't work properly, that means the IC is the culprit 

It obviously means your issue is a hardware, not a software
