Please help!!

After wearable buds update im unable to charge my samsung buds..case is 100% charge with green light but cant charge the buds.

 i tried in another buds case and still facing the same problem.

also from inside its not showing green light. After charging the case still its red from inside!! when i close the case its green outside but red inside.. what does that mean?

Check that the USB is correctly inserted

Try Different USB Charging Cable

try cleaning the charging contact points on the both the Buds and case with a soft dry cloth. If the problem persists, open the Galaxy Wearable app and go to About Earbuds > Reset Earbuds.

If you still face the same issue and the case still not charging your Ear buds then kindly visit the nearest service center in order to check
