I am writing to express my extreme frustration with your update policy. As a user of the S25 Ultra, it is disappointing to see that while the S26 Ultra launches with the latest One UI 8.5, your previous year's flagship—which cost a fortune—is left waiting for months.
This 'monopoly' of withholding software features to push new hardware is a poor customer experience. A flagship phone should be treated as a priority for at least 3 years. Please stop this trend of delayed updates for recent premium devices. We expect One UI 8.5 on the S25 Ultra immediately.
