We acknowledge our mistake in purchasing a Samsung phone. If your update priorities lie solely with users in the USA, Europe, and China, the decision to launch in the Middle East seems contradictory. Your promise of seven years of OS updates remains unfulfilled for us, leaving us deeply frustrated by what feels like a discriminatory approach towards the Middle East. It's essential for Samsung to address this discrepancy and honor its commitments to all its customers, regardless of their location.
I agree 100% with you. Even for monthly security updates, and as an s24 ultra owner we are last to receive them. Older generation phones receive them before my s24 ultra phone does which completely unacceptable. I can confidently say that I will never buy a Samsung phone again. This is complete discriminatory behaviour from Samsung.
I was about to buy the pixel phone just a week before purchasing my S24 Ultra But I purchased samsung only for 7 years update There was no other reason But it's my last time to put my trust with samsung
i talked now to samsung care with chat, the agent talking like robot and scripted, anything i asked about him over update, he said only one scripted speech like '' you will updated gradually'' 🤣 look like robot, we need to boycott samsung , they belive USA,EUROPE,CHINA paid for phone, we didnt also paid, we are not customer. 😡
