I have bought S8 plus from Samsung in Dubai (EROS). From the time I paid for it at the shop I have been having problems. But the worst of it is I cannot receive a call when I am out of the country of the original Sims ( I have two Sims, Saudi & UAE).

The message says " to use a new operator you have to do a factory rest". message is attached.

I visited Samsung (EROS) many times but their service and treatment are very bad.

anyone can provide me with Samsung contact in the head office where I can raise to them this issue and the service of Samsung dealer (EROS).

I really appreciate it.

you can try the reset option its easy. or better to contact samsung using this app.(i mean Samsung members)

I did the reset and I have to wait till I go to another country to see if it works.
