S7 edge software not updating

Hi, anyone here knows what to do? my s7 edge software is not updating. Android current version is 6.0 (Marshmallow) only. And everytime I clicked and checked available software update it only return "latest update have been installed". Any help will be very much appreciated. Thank you

yes no update suggested. i just check the pre-download and so on but nothing happened. what do you mean official?

this is a really strange case you should call samsung service or visit them

you can download the latest software for your region from SamMobile.com and manually flash it via odin

if your device model for another country it will not have ota update and only manually update by flash it from www.sammobile.com or another sites
