I bought my Samsung S25 Ultra back in February, and still haven't been able to use it, because I am unable to restore my WhatsApp chat history from my Google drive backup. Contacted Samsung Care, and they told me to post it to the members community for the engineers to see it. I need to know if there's any update that will resolve this issue because it is unfair and frustrating to have to lose precious chats because of a bug on a new phone.
