Ever since I bought my Samsung s24 ultra when it first came out, I have noticed we are always last to even receive monthly security patches. What use is a security update if we get it at the end of the month? Even older devices like s23 receive it before middle east region. This is a complete disregard to customers and we need shouldn't stay silent about this. There is no point in buying a flagship phone, if we get software updates after last year's phone.
Regarding one ui 7, instead of releasing the fix for Korean models, maybe Samsung should have prioritised the customers who lost out all together on the update. BUT SAMSUNG DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS IN THIS REGION.
