S24 ultra dull display

Received the S24 ultra today and the screen looks dull. @samsung what is the issue?

The display is not sharp. There is no difference while switching between vicd and natural, I can clearly see that my S20Fe screen looks much better than the S24 ultra

The colours are washed out, I guess it will be improved by the next Update

I think it is because you are not familiar with it yet.

I had the same issue when I switched from s8 to note 10+

I ordered s24u recently and I hope it is a good decision🙂

It seems like a global issue and samsung UK has acknowledged that they are working on a software update..
