S24 ultra contact multi notes not editing like A73 or M51 etc

Egypt customer service didn't solve or even understand the problem Still the same problem, can I get a response from samsung korea 

Proplem again I have multiple notes contacts its essential and very important for my business. i created a long time ago by nokia as a vcf, and it's working and can be edited on all samsung mobile m51, a73, etc Except for the S24 ultra that i got a few days ago ( s24 ultra can read multi notes, but when i try to edit all very important notes in one contacts it disappears during editing, it shows only first note When i press save or go back, it shows the rest, please help. im very upset. i can't use my new s24 ultra that way Attached is a sample multiple notes that im using for 20 years

I did send a video and picture before on contact help but they had no solution all im asking why don't you keep the contact as it was in all samsung mobiles it was able to edit multiple note inside the contact but now only the first note and the rest became read only

Still got no solution also no body call and i tried whatsapp number and chat. Would you please upscale the contact multi note editing proplem to samsung korea Headquarter to solve it
I did try to contact them, and they transferred me back to samsung egypt
To fix the issue with samsung contact app like all other samsung mobile

I wonder if samsung egypt understood the contact multi notes editing problem in s24 ultra only
This problem doesn't exist in any other samsung mobile

I suggested upscaling the problem to samsung korea but got no reply

I wonder if samsung care about users or customers or if they got so big and Ritch they don't give a dam about customers
