Based on your inquiry regarding kindly follow the below steps
Please check by following these steps: Settings > Security & Privacy > Updates > Google Play System Update > Check for and Install Updates.
It's recommended to test your camera by entering the following code in your contacts: *#0*#
Select Mega Cam and check if the issue persists.
Select Front Cam and check if the issue persists.
Please check by following these steps:
1. Go to Camera
2. Go to Settings
3. Reset the camera settings.
If you are still facing the same issue we recommend that you perform a factory data reset to resolve this issue using the steps below:-
Launch the Settings app and tap General management → Reset → Factory data reset →
RESET → DELETE ALL.
Ensure all user data is backed up using smart switch
from the link below and then use the backup tool to create a data backup
