Settings - General Management - Reset - Reset All Settings
If you are still experiencing the same problem, we recommend a factory reset to resolve it by following these steps:
Open the Settings app, then tap General Management → Reset → Factory Reset → Reset → Erase All.

Please activate Service Mode before taking your device to the service center.
