S24 Ultra Fingerprint Issue – Tried Everything, Still Not Working

I’m using the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. For the past 2 months, the fingerprint sensor hasn’t been working. Here’s what I’ve tried:

- When I press the fingerprint area, it shows *“Fingerprint doesn’t match”* 
- I can't add a new fingerprint or delete the existing one 
- Tried factory reset – didn’t help 
- No screen protector or tempered glass is applied 
- Cleared biometric data from settings – still no luck 

Despite trying all these steps, the issue remains. Is it a software bug or a hardware issue?

If anyone has faced this or has a solution, please help.

Bro u can delete or add ur finger again, and it might can also be due to cuts, burns or any kinda injury on your finger
