For the second time in 10 days my S23 Ultra freezes and I can't control the phone at all unless I restart the mobile by pressing the power and volume down button for 10 seconds. Is this going to be fixed with the next update?

check if there is damage( Charger-screen-battery )

Or (Root-Rooming )

Closing Recent Applications

Closing Running Third Party Applications

Create memory space

Check for Software updates for your device

turn the device on power saving mode

if the issue still exist we recommend that you perform a factory data reset to resolve this issue using the steps below:-

Launch the Settings app and tap General management → Reset → Factory data reset →

RESET → DELETE ALL.

Ensure all user data is backed up using smart switch

from the link below and then use the backup tool to create a data backup
