But go to settings then press update program and finally press download and install

Seems like it's an AT&T issue
Other versions like T-Mobile and Verizon have received the update
While AT&T is still not scheduled, unfortunately, at the moment

It arrived for s23 unlocked but I don't know why it don't arrived for at&t I think it's from the At&ta company
