1- How to activate voice call records ?
2- I have an issue with automatically timezone with Cairo time, it always set the time 1 hour behind the original time.

Based on your inquiry regarding the update

If the device is from Egypt, you can activate the call recording feature

Open the record, then press the three-dot sign, then press settings, then press call recording, then activate the feature

If there is no call recording, please factory reset the device. we recommend that you perform a factory data reset to resolve this issue using the steps below:-

Launch the Settings app and tap General management → Reset → Factory data reset → RESET → DELETE ALL.

Ensure all user data is backed up using smart switch

from the link below and then use the backup tool to create a data backup

If the device is from outside Egypt, please go to the maintenance branch to check the software and clarify if it is available or not , You can send us your city and residential area to send you the nearest service center or you can follow the link below to find the nearest one :

kindly follow the below steps about time

Make sure that the device is on the latest available software version.

First: Make sure that the Google play system is updated, through the following steps:
1. Select Settings
2. Select About Phone
3. Select Program Information
4. Choose Google play system update
5. Download the update, if available the device should be in last update with date 1 April 2023
IF you still facing the same issue
kindly follow the below
settings - general management - date and time - select time zone - 3 dots - choose GMT+03:00
kindly be noted that this steps is
temporary solution while we launch update to solve the issue as soon as possible
