I bought s22 ultra as preorder. As a gift, samsung beought to me screen care card which should be valid for 1 year.

Unfortunately my screen brocken, i went to Samsung to fix it and they said the card is expired!!!!.

As a samsung fan, i was really disappointed by thier after sale service.

You should've activated within a few days or the card care will expired. Unfortunately, Samsung should've made the procces of activate this card easier than it's now, I've heard a lot of customers complian about activation method, some try to contact with Samsung service but the least didn't answer every time!

Actually i tried to activate, but the number they print on the card is a wrong number.

The card was missing a number
We tried a few times, then we elected to get the right number from this particular app
It was a big mess with the S22 Ultra Screen Protection Card
