S22 ultra can't receive sms

My brand new phone can not receive text messages but can send them.

This is highly unusual
I would understand if it was MMS or multimedia messages you're having a problem with!
The fact that you can send regular text messages means you have the right service center number in your setup!
It could be a problem with network or your service provider
I think it would be better to contact them directly
