My new s21 ultra keeps restarting suddenly every couple of days. I tried resetting the phone and after a few days the same issue occured (phone suddenly restarts). And i would be using it lightly (no heavy apps). Do other s21 owners have this issue also?

1- Check Settings - General Management - Reset - Turn off auto restart option.

2- If the issue still exist, restart your phone into safe mode, perhaps there is an app caused the restart

The auto restart is off. Also as i said the phone restarts while im using it.
If i restart into safe mode, how can i know if an app is causing this? Also note that i have the same apps exactly on my other phone (huawei) and don't have this problem.

The app that cuased the restart will be appeared if you get into asafe mode.

How? Third party apps will be disabled only

Safe mode will help the user to figure out the app that causes the issue, it's going to temporarily disable all third-party apps except the app that caused the error

Go take care of the device and then follow up with the pictures

If the good luck app is downloaded, stop the program from working.

الترجمه ليست واضحة. اعادة التشغيل التلقائي ليست شغالة عندي. المشكلة اكون استعمل الجهاز على الواتس مثلا و فجأه يعمل ريستارت. هذه ما تصير كل يوم بس تصير ممكن مرة او مرتين في الاسبوع

تستعمل تطبيق قودلك او فاين لوك؟!

خلافه من الصفحه الرئيسيه بالرابط تحت ثم علامة الزائد ثم رفع تقرير حدد إعادة التشغيل وضح المشكله ثم إرسال وبإذن الله يحلونها لك

لا لم استعمل تطبيق قودلك او فاين لوك. انا كل ما تصير المشكلة ادخل على تطبيق members بعدها و ارسل لسامسونغ اللوج
