I have s21 ultra for more than one year. since I upgraded to android 13 and one Ui5 and 5.1 couple of months ago my phone is overheated most of the time. The restarts itself more than 10 times a day although I am turning off the auto restart feature. I try the factory reset and also download the last firmware using pc but nothing worked . The phone was frozen in the download mode 2 times during normal updates from Samsung.
I hate this and surely I will sell or damage it if I couldn't find a solution.

I understand your frustration. It is not normal for a phone to overheat constantly and restart itself multiple times a day, even after a factory reset and firmware update.

Here are a few more things you can try:

Boot into safe mode. This will start your phone without any third-party apps running. If the phone still overheats and restarts in safe mode, then it is likely a hardware issue.

Check for any physical damage. If the phone has been dropped or damaged in any way, this could be causing the overheating problem.

Contact Samsung support. If you have tried all of the above and the problem persists, then you should contact Samsung support for further assistance.

If Samsung support is unable to resolve the issue, then you may need to have the phone repaired or replaced.

Here are some tips to help prevent your phone from overheating:

Avoid using your phone in direct sunlight or hot environments.

Avoid using graphics-intensive apps or games for extended periods of time.

Take breaks from using your phone if it starts to feel hot.

Use a phone case to help keep your phone cool.

If you are concerned about the safety of your phone, you may want to avoid using it until the overheating issue is resolved.
