S21 plus still on 3.1 software!

When even normal 4.0 software will be released for s21 plus, i am not even asking about 4.1!!!!

Have you forgotten your product so fast??!

Being on 3.1 and January 2021 since phone release, your 0 care is really annoying and unprofessional!

Will make my apple or xiaomi switch soon thanks to you and will not recommend you at all for any of my friends anymore...

Nope, never did this.
I tried resetting the phone before.
Even smart switch is not showing updates. Will factory reset help in this way also?

I had an experience with this issue before,that my phone stopped receiving any update however after factory reset all of the updates popes up on my phone
