Greetings. I used to be a great fan and supporter of Samsung smartphones and bought over a dozen Flagships. But this week I was really disappointed and dishearted to see how fragile is the the touch and lcd display of my S21 ultra that display is pierced easily by small stone by falling from height of only 1 to 2 feet on road when I was getting out of car unluckily it fall facing screen. At the time it fell I has excellent drop protection spigen case but on back. My question to Samsung is that why Samsung does not factory install diamond like hard glass screen protectors when selling over 1500 usd items?
Secondly why Samsung is still making curved display edges on which it's really difficult to keep glass protectors.
Such an expensive device shall be made with unbreakable glass. Very very poor screen durability.
