S20 ultra software update issues

I just got an s20 ultra brand new.  After the device was turned on i went to check for software update. No update and it is still on android 10 one ui 2.1 1st July 2020 security update. Please explain WHY i haven't got the update yet?

I used samfw and sammobile to check what update my phone will get by using the country code MID and XSG and they r all running android 11 One UI 3.0

DO NOT TRUST SAMMOBILE FOR UPDATES IT WILL DEFINITELY VOID THE WARRANTY OF YOUR PHONE WHEN DOING THE UPDATE...
go to any samsung store to get the update

I called them few days ago they said tomorrow i should call them to see if they are open to give them my phone and help me update it

see if your phone is legit... where did you buy your phone??
is it from samsung themselves or a untrusted seller or third party sellers??

It is a third party seller but has the warranty sticker from samsung on the box

I checked the SN and IMEI number and it is legit

I spoke to them they said to bring the phone over to them to update it from their end
