S20 ultra not updating

I have S20Ultra 5G , not updating anything since purchase. Still on July 2020 update !

Samsung, please help!

If you bought the device from outside Egypt the most properly that you will not receive any OTA updates

If I flash the phone, it gets OTA updates 3adi
I did that with the S9plus and it gets updates absolutely no issues

If there is an available Egyptian official rom for your device and you flash it for sure you will receive updates over the OTA .
Check Sammobile if there is one for your device .

I did and downloaded already, I know how to flash. Just checking before I do it if Samsung have a small fix for this or not.
