S20 Plus problems after testing 3 days

1-Overheated too much upon regular using pattern.

2-Battery drainage need to recharge your device at least 2 times per day.*for average user

3-Refresh rate reduce automatically for unknown reason from 120HZ to 60Hz by testing it through third party app.

Conclusion: it doesn't worth for money.

1- is a known issue with the Exynos variant I believe.
2- The battery needs at least a week to monitor your usage and adjust accordingly, the battery life and SOT is great actually. 3 days is way too early to judge the battery life.
3- it switches back to 60Hz because of overheating.

first check if the device is real , it could be **bleep** ( you can do that through imei checker )
second if it's real you can call samsung service and they will arrange a pick up for you and test the device
if there is a defect in hardware , they will toss you another device
