Where the hell is the new update for my phone? you say that s20 fe is updated already but i haven't received any thing!!

I have the same problem. my phone is S20 FE 5G (TGY) HONG KONG Version and I live in middle east and I didn't get the update till now.
I think i will never get samsung anymore I'd like to buy another android phone that get updates faster 🥴
