Where is Android 13 One UI 5.0 ????????????????????????

Till these moment nothing received supposed to be received in December, All countries received it except Egypt & A models received it before the time 

Problem not with my phone only , All S20 in Egypt not received it

Also the update released from 7 November in Europe?????

Need to know what is the problem for these horrible delay , 2 Months now 

How Flagship like S20 still not received it?

October security update is the last received update even November not received & January security update will be released 

We are now missing 2 updates after the android 13 ( November & December Security patchs)

I can't believe that from Samsung really I'm very disappointed

طبعا خيبة امل كبيرة لما ندفع مبلغ كبير جدا ونشتري منتج المفترض انة جيد جدا وجهاز قوى وحتى الآن لم يصل التحديث ووصل إلى الأجهزة الاقل يبقى دة شي محزن ودى اخر مرة اشترى منتج سامسونج
