I have a s10+ phone and its the US / Snapdragon version when i do software update it shows that im on the latest update which is Android 10 eventhough all the s10+ devices has the Android 11 update
Can someone help me or explain to me
P.s : i went to Samsung customer service office and they told me that i can't do the update...
