Restart app

I have Galaxy s10 

And problem is here 

I am open any app and after 2 or 3 second it is automatically app  restart 

How I can fix it ?

which app u have the problem with?
did u try to remove the app and reinstall it again or restart ur phone?

problem in all phone include camera ,gallery, phone call,etc.

I think the problem in the software, I don't want to scare u I had the same problem in an old phone note 4 edge and i lost the motherboard.
ur phone is new head to Samsung maintenance center it's still under warranty.

if you know how to install software with ODIN I think it will fix it just choose
HOME_CSC_...... SO YOU WILL NOT LOSE YOUR DATA IN THE PHONE
