Please advise I'm cannt listen to voice message in watsapp  by ear . I can only by speaker .

The sencore is working when I'm answer any call.

The problem only to listen by ear ( voice message watsapp )

Already try in stting device care . Diagonstic . ....

Didnt solve the problem

As long as the calls work without problems and only in Whats
Go to adjust, then take care of the device, then battery, then use limits, then deep sleep, put all applications to sleep. 👍

هل عندك samsung watch 4?
لأني كنت أواجه نفس المشكلة وبعدين لاحظت إنه لو فصلت اتصال البلوتوث بين الساعة والجوال تروح المشكلة ويشتغل الصوت من سماعة الأذن بدل الاسبيكر

بس أدخل على اعدادت البلوتوث واختار الساعة وألغي تفعيل المكالمات من الساعة وحتتحل المشكلة

عندي الساعه موجوده لكني مو لابسها كل الوقت

اخي كلامك صحيح ميه بالميه فصلت الساعه و سمعت صوت المسج من الاذن . طيب شو الحل ياترى نرمي الساعه ؟

لا ترميها بس ألغي المكالمات منها حاليا لين الواتس أب ما يحلو المشكلة إن شاء الله
