please try the steps below to fix the issue:

1. Reset Bluetooth on the phone

  • Turn Bluetooth off, wait 10 seconds, then turn it on again.

2. Forget the earbuds and reconnect

Go to:
Settings → Connections → Bluetooth → Tap the gear next to your earbuds → Forget
Then try pairing again from the Bluetooth list.

3. Put earbuds in pairing mode

  • Place both earbuds in the case

  • Close the case for 5 seconds

  • Open it again → The earbuds should enter pairing mode automatically.
    If not, press & hold both earbuds for about 7 seconds until the light flashes.

4. Check SmartThings or Wearable app

If you use Galaxy Wearable, open it and try to connect from there.
Make sure the app is updated.

5. Restart both devices

  • Restart your S24 FE

  • Restart the earbuds (place in case → close → wait → open)

6. Check if earbuds are paired with another device

Sometimes they stay connected to a previous phone or laptop.
Turn Bluetooth off on any other device you have used before.

If the issue continues

Please try connecting the earbuds to another phone
If they still don’t connect, the earbuds may need servicing.
