I have an issue with my Samsung S24 Ultra where the motherboard has an ice (related to network connectivity), and it’s malfunctioning. I took the phone to Samsung in Egypt, and they said they can’t repair phones sent from outside Egypt. So, I sent the phone to Samsung in Saudi Arabia. It stayed with them for a week, and they claimed there was no issue and said I could pick it up. When I got the phone back in Egypt and tested it, the same issue persisted. I went back to Samsung in Egypt, and they told me they couldn’t do anything. I’m now looking for help and compensation for the money I spent, the time wasted, and all the calls I’ve made. This has been a very frustrating experience, especially after purchasing the Samsung S24 Ultra just a month ago. I’ve been a loyal Samsung customer since the Samsung S2, and I’m hoping for support and compensation. Thank you.

لدي مشكلة في موبايل Samsung S24 Ultra، حيث أن البوردة بها عطل في الشبكات (ما يسمى "آيس")، والمشكلة مستمرة. ذهبت به إلى مركز صيانة سامسونج في مصر، وقالوا لي أنهم لا يمكنهم إصلاح الأجهزة القادمة من خارج مصر. فقررت إرسال الهاتف إلى سامسونج في السعودية. تركت الهاتف لديهم لمدة أسبوع، وقالوا لي أنه لا يوجد مشكلة فيه وأنني يمكنني استلامه. لكن عندما رجع لي الهاتف إلى مصر، واختبرته، ظهرت نفس المشكلة مرة أخرى. ذهبت مرة أخرى إلى سامسونج في مصر، وقالوا لي أنه لا يمكنهم عمل أي شيء. الآن، أنا بحاجة للمساعدة والتعويض عن الأموال التي دفعتها، والوقت الذي ضاع، وكل المكالمات التي أجريتها. التجربة كانت محبطة للغاية، خصوصاً أنني اشتريت الموبايل قبل شهر فقط. علماً أنني عميل مخلص لسامسونج منذ هاتف Samsung S2. أتمنى أن أحصل على دعم وتعويض. شكراً لكم.

If there were no third-party cover or accessory, it covered the antenna around the metal frame. Coverings the antenna will cause signal issue. If not, Your issue is technically with flex caple that connects the sub-board to the motherboard
Broken IC will make your Wi-Fi and Bluetooth not working.
Flex connector antenna will cause no signal and no service.
If you purchase your phone in KSA, Samsung KSA would repair the device since Samsung, unfortunately, only covers a local warranty
If you had Samsung care, they should've given you a replacement if it were a defective device
